Min level = Look up the level you'd be if you were fighter2 (and no add-ons like double XP), then subtract 2. e.g. Min level for 8 KXP is 4-2 = 2. Min level X means you can be level X in one class, or X-1 in up to four classes. e.g. if min level is 10, you can be level 10, or 9/9/9/9.

Max level X means you can be maximum of level X in one class, or X-1 in up to four classes. e.g. if max level is 10, you can be level 10, or 9/9/9/9. Max level also affects a character's max CL, ML, LVL, HNCL, subordinate comprehensibility, and spell/psi comprehensibility. CL & HNCL are capped at 2x max level. ML & LVL are capped at max level. Subordinate comprehensibility is capped at 2x max level. Spell comprehensibility is capped at max level.

If you wanted to establish a [xN] Min and Max level, just multiply the Kxp on Board by 1000^(N-1) where N is the multiplier you want to setup.
